PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
After college and the birth of her daughter, Anita began her career as a legal assistant with the Nature Conservancy’s Southeast Regional Office. When the office relocated she began her real estate career in 1985 with a small independent firm. Upon the retirement of the firm’s broker, Anita moved her license in 1991 to Armfield, Miller & Ripley Fine Properties(now Washington Fine Properties). Anita has represented many of the most important offerings in the market, including the sale of Llangollen in 2007, which set the record for the highest residential sale in the State of Virginia. As the Principal Broker, Anita still continues to serve in a sales capacity representing both buyer and sellers in Virginia’s Hunt Country.
